US Open Ad Campaign
Challenge
The challenge for this project was to create an advertising campaign for the US Open that connects the energy of the tournament with its host city, New York City. The goal was to use a conceptual approach to show how the excitement of tennis can exist beyond the stadium and become part of the city itself.
Approach
To communicate this idea, I used photographs of recognizable locations around New York City and integrated the white lines of a tennis court into the streets and pathways within the images. This creates the illusion that the city itself becomes a tennis court, reinforcing the presence of the tournament throughout the environment. I used a combination of AI-generated elements and hand-created line work to build the court markings while keeping the designs clean and visually integrated with the photographs.
